Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling and serving processes Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences Use effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while delivering exceptional customer service Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Experience working in nightlife environments like nightclubs or bars is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials effectively Retail math proficiency for accurate cash handling and billing procedures Hospitality experience that highlights excellent customer service skills in fast-paced environments Chinese speaking is a plus, for better communicating with the chef.
