ROLE SUMMARY
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes. Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies. Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace. Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards. Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned. Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation. Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work I the United States. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Must have attention to detail.
