Lounge 1 PM Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Bartender to join our hotel bar team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment within a dynamic hotel environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately Ensure all drinks are served promptly and responsibly, adhering to food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote hotel amenities Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous Familiarity with serving techniques and cocktail preparation is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for providing outstanding guest service.

Previous bartending experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Monday•Thursday Evenings) Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service (21+)
