As Bartender, you'll mix magic behind the bar, crafting exceptional cocktails, mocktails, and premium drinks that complement our top-notch signature menu with flair and soul—ensuring every guest leaves "better than they arrived." This is a paid position with strong growth potential as we elevate our beverage program to match the excellence of our food. Key Responsibilities- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision, consistency, and flair.
- Engage guests warmly, understand preferences, recommend pairings, and upsell premium items to enhance their experience.
- Innovate signature drinks and daily specials that align with our vision and drive beverage sales.
- Operate Square POS efficiently for accurate transactions, inventory tracking, and waste control.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization of the bar area while strictly complying with food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the restaurant team during busy shifts to deliver outstanding hospitality. Requirements & Expectations
- 2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality environments with strong mixology knowledge.
- Tech-forward with POS systems; excellent customer service and guest engagement skills.
- Creative, guest-focused, and passionate about elevating the beverage program.
- ABC certified (or equivalent) and food handler certification required.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate:
$18/hr. + tips.- Performance bonuses for sales targets, low waste, and exceptional service.
