Bartender Rattler Bar Costa Mesa, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Multitasking Attention to detail Adaptability Business management Delegation Full Job Description Overview We are looking for an individual that is able to consistently problem solve efficiently in a fast paced environment, able to delegate and communicate to the team in a motivating and effectively, and ensure day-to-day business processes run well. Along side overseeing employees and customers and the safety of the premises by ensuring responsible beverage service (RBS) and proper glassware sanitization. Bar managers also handle the administrative, financial and compliance tasks involved with running the business, including handling liquor licensing. Duties Able to mix traditional and creative cocktails efficiently and effectively Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Overseeing scheduling of staff to ensure that the establishment runs smoothly during peak hours Ensuring that industry-specific quality and safety guidelines are followed by all staff Maintaining up to date licenses per current legislation Ability to work in a diverse environment with both staff and clients Ability to train staff for successful daily operations
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure Ability to communicate calmly and effectively to diffuse tense interactions that might occur to maintain a safe and fun atmosphere for both guests and staff Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
