Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Position Summary We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages while delivering an elevated guest experience that reflects the sophistication and elegance of the Blue Box Café. The ideal candidate has a passion for fine dining, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm yet refined bar atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Maintain expert knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, champagne, and spirits
Provide thoughtful, personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and making recommendations
Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet luxury hospitality standards
Accurately process orders and handle cash/POS transactions
Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service practices
Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless dining experiences
Maintain inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste
Follow all DOH regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment
Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a polished appearance
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
NYC Food Handler's Certificate and/or TIPS certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
