As one of Costa Mesa's premier dining destinations, Habana transports guests to 1940s Cuba offering a vibrant atmosphere, craft cocktails, and exceptional service in a high-energy setting. This hybrid role is ideal for service-driven professionals who thrive behind the bar and on the floor, and who take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. Position Summary The Bartender/Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service to guests while maintaining Habana's service standards. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for hospitality. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of serving experience (bartending experience strongly preferred) Valid Food Handler Certification (must comply with State regulations) Ability to clearly convey information and menu knowledge to guests Strong interpersonal and communication skills Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Ability to move quickly throughout all areas of the restaurant Ability to lift, handle, and carry at least 25 pounds Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
