Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Supervisory Bartender to join a high-volume, entertainment-driven hospitality venue in Orange County. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives behind the bar, enjoys mentoring a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate has previous bartending management experience and a strong appreciation for live entertainment. Responsibilities Lead the bar team during high-volume service Supervise bartenders and support staff throughout each shift Train, coach, and mentor new team members Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and maintaining bar organization Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations Help create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture Work closely with management to execute special events and entertainment programming Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment Previous bartending management or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure California RBS Certification (or ability to obtain before employment) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Background in music, live entertainment, DJing, audio production, performing arts, or event production Experience working in nightlife, live music venues, or entertainment-focused hospitality Passion for creating memorable guest experiences in an energetic environment
