We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Barback / Back-of-House Crew. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the food and beverage operations by restocking, maintaining and cleaning F&B service locations; ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of bar service locations, distribute product, regulate inventory and replenish products during events.
• Clean and sanitize all food and beverage areas, including kitchens, storage areas, bars and food stands in accordance with established cleaning protocols and health standards.
• Assist with point of sale distribution, power, and setup.
• Empty trash bins and recycling containers in back-of-house food and beverage areas regularly, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to recycling guidelines.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages or maintenance issues.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or back-of-house role, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reside within 30 miles of the Cow Palace Arena.
