What You'll Do As a Bartender at The Growler, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Providing exceptional hospitality and building positive relationships with guests. Demonstrating knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, spirits, and menu offerings. Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Processing orders and payments accurately using the Toast POS system. Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service practices. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Assisting with closing, restocking, and other duties as needed. Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who brings: At least 3 years of bartending experience. Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, cocktails, and spirits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. A current responsible beverage service certification (or the ability to obtain one).
