The Job:
As a Pool Bartender you will get the opportunity to create masterpieces for our guests while enjoying the sunshine and views of the Pacific Ocean. Our Pool Bartenders proudly showcase our beverage creations and ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful experiences. The Pool Bartender is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! The Pool Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages for servers and guests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment. Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guest and provide high level of guest satisfaction. Ability to work AM, PM, Weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs. Possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Maintains knowledge of all menu and bar items. Requires ability to learn and use telephone and POS computer system used at the hotel. Experience within a Luxury Hotel/Resort environment.
