$18/hour + tips Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum 3 years Bartending Experience Position Overview This is a multi-faceted hospitality role for someone who enjoys variety and genuinely loves taking care of people. On any given shift, you may be crafting cocktails behind the bar, serving guests in the dining room, leading educational spirit tastings, assisting retail customers in the tasting room, or helping execute private events. No two days look exactly alike, and that's exactly how we like it. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and excited to become part of every aspect of the guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare classic and house cocktails with consistency and attention to detail. Provide attentive table service in our dining room and bar. Lead guests through educational spirit tastings and retail purchases in our tasting room. Assist with weddings, private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings. Recommend food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with confidence. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional hospitality. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Help wherever the team needs you to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum of 3 years bartending experience required. Passion for hospitality and genuine enjoyment of working with people. Interest in craft spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and local agriculture. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
