Qualifications:

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of wine, spirits and craft cocktails, with a minimum 2 years experience tending bar in a fine dining restaurant. Must be at least 21 years of age & able to work weekends and holidays. The perfect candidate will consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner. Should easily maintain dialogue with all guests while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times. A clean and hygienic work station in accordance with Sacramento County Health Standards is required. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift and frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items greater than 25 pounds. All applicants must possess all necessary certifications required by law within 30 days of employment.
