We are a reservation-only, four-course dining experience where guests enjoy a chef-curated menu that changes monthly. With just one seating each evening, our focus is on creating memorable experiences, genuine hospitality, and meaningful connections with our guests. Our intimate dining room allows us to slow things down, focus on quality over quantity, and deliver an experience that guests remember long after the meal is over. We are currently seeking a Lead Server/Bartender who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, and wants to be part of a small, close-knit team. Work-Life Balance Matters At Fourk, we believe exceptional hospitality starts with taking care of our team. Unlike many restaurant positions that require long hours, late nights, and unpredictable schedules, Fourk operates with one seating per evening , allowing our staff to provide an elevated guest experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our schedule is consistent and predictable: Wednesday through Saturday Approximately 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM One seating per night No late-night closings No endless doubles This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who love the industry but value having time for family, hobbies, and life outside of work. Position Overview This role combines serving, bartending, and guest experience leadership. As the Lead Server/Bartender, you will help set the tone for the evening by welcoming guests, guiding them through the dining experience, and ensuring service flows seamlessly from beginning to end. A unique part of this position is serving as the evening's "showrunner." Each night begins with a brief welcome presentation where you'll introduce guests to Fourk, explain the dining experience, and help create the energy and excitement that make our restaurant special. Responsibilities Provide exceptional table service throughout the dining experience Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages Lead the dining room experience each evening Deliver a brief welcome speech to guests before dinner service begins Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth course timing Assist with opening and closing duties Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining room and bar area Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous serving experience required Bartending experience is a plus Comfortable speaking in front of groups Strong communication and hospitality skills Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn What Makes This Position Different?
