Duties Greet guests warmly and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems to ensure efficient seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions swiftly and accurately Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service and beverage upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Clear tables promptly, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety and sanitation protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders and proper food handling procedures Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, managing special requests, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for cash handling and sales records Experience Previous experience in food service roles such as server, bartender, busser, host, or food runner within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy hours Experience with fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is a plus Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
