Job Description
SOHO Modern Japanese is looking for an enthusiastic barback to provide an excellent guest drinking experience and also help Servers run foods and maintain tables. Compensation includes Hourly Wage and Tips. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Help Buss tables, Refill drinks and Run foods Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Multitasking Relevant training certificates Requirements Applicants must meet the minimum legal age to make alcoholic beverages in
