Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and communicate inventory needs promptly to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food industry roles such as fine dining, nightclub, banquet service or catering environments Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices Experience with retail math, cash handling, and cashiering processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in hospitality settings Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a dynamic environment!
