Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
