As a key member of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed, and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic math and retail math concepts to accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Experience
- Prior experience as a Bartender or in a related role in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as food and beverage preparation methods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math and retail math concepts.
