Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like giving change and processing payments. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking while ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy hours to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies. Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, retail math calculations, and tip distribution. Experience in catering, food industry roles, or retail math is advantageous; brewing or hospitality background is a plus.
