As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, conducting employee training, and balancing efficiency with quality in customer service. You will also oversee and maintain operational standards and sanitation compliance while developing effective business strategies and marketing initiatives to drive store performance and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
