What You'll Do:

Ensure the highest level of guest engagement, creating a WOW guest experiences from the moment they step into the venue. Deliver food and beverages with energy and efficiency throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces. Execute front-of-house operations and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment for both team members and guests. Perform daily tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth operations from opening day onward. Be proactive in spotting tasks that need to be done and taking initiative — following the tone set by your management team.

What You've Got:

A strong, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment; Previous experience in the hospitality, amusement or retail industry ; Proven ability to communicate effectively and use basic mathematic principles; A team-driven focus, with the ability to motivate yourself and others; High attention to detail, creativity, and an open mind to accept and contribute ideas and help elevate the guest experience; High school diploma or equivalent; Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds , with a focus on maintaining high energy throughout the shift; Flexibility in your schedule - understanding that nights and weekends are where the action is!
