00 per hour + tips General Responsibilities Back of House Team Members Prepare food according to restaurant standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Assist with kitchen setup, restocking, and closing duties. Work efficiently with the kitchen team during high-volume shifts. Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Front of House Team Members Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide attentive customer service and support a positive dining experience. Assist with seating, order support, table maintenance, and guest needs, depending on position. Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area. Communicate effectively with team members and managers. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required for all positions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position.
