We are looking for responsible, reliable, and hospitality-driven Server/Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent guest service. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system Serve food, beer, wine, sake, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines Process guest payments accurately and handle cash responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Requirements Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience preferred Japanese restaurant experience strongly preferred Bartending experience preferred Valid Food Handler Card required Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable, dependable, and professional work ethic Strong sense of responsibility and accountability Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience with SpotOn POS, or similar POS systems Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, sake, and Japanese dining culture Fine dining experience is a plus Join our team and be part of a restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, service, and hospitality.
