Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expert drink preparation, and a lively atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, your skills will shine as you manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and flair. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure adherence to food safety and food handling standards. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, following health regulations. Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy hours at nightclubs, banquets, or catering events. Follow all food safety protocols and responsible serving practices to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience in fine dining environments or catering events is a plus. Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Retail math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation. Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry practices enhances your ability to serve diverse guest preferences effectively.
