The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in fast-paced environments The Bartender prepares high-quality drinks, provides excellent guest service, and keeps the bar clean and well-stocked. This role ensures fast, friendly service while following all alcohol and safety regulations.
Responsibilities :
Make cocktails, pour wine/beer, and follow all recipes. Greet guests and provide knowledgeable, friendly service. Manage tabs, process payments, and handle cash accurately. Restock liquor, mixers, and supplies; maintain a clean bar. Check IDs and practice responsible alcohol service. Work closely with servers and team members.
Qualifications :
Previous bartending experience. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous.
