Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and promoting responsible serving practices Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and manage cash register operations efficiently Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cashier experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively environment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; retail math knowledge is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
