ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

) Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. Check I.D. to ensure guests are 21 years old. Serves courses from the kitchen and service areas. Follow Basic Steps of Service Ability to memorize customer orders. Properly take and enter customer's orders in the POS system. Properly garnishes dishes and drinks preparatory to serving. Monitors and checks for proper plating of food. Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Totals bill and accepts payment. Responsible for proper balance of cash banks. Completion of all assigned side work and duties. Attending all scheduled employee meetings and training courses. Must carry out all other duties as delegated by the FOH Manager and/or F&B Management. Report any issues FOH Manager, and/or F&B Management. Follow the Food & Beverage Front of House Standard Operating Procedure packet.
