Job Overview We're on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Barback to join our team. This role is all about supporting our bartenders and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. As a Barback, you'll be the backbone of the bar operation, helping to keep everything clean, stocked, and ready to serve our guests. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout shifts. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning bar surfaces, glassware, and utensils to meet safety standards. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or bottles from the bar and dining areas efficiently. Support with food running tasks related to bar service and ensure food safety compliance. Handle manual tasks like heavy lifting of stock items and moving supplies around the venue safely. Ensure adherence to venue beverage service policies and health regulations to promote a safe environment for staff and guests.
