We are a Restaurant & Bar with 13 Private Karaoke Rooms located at Wilshire and Normandie. You should have at least 3 yrs of Bartending with craft cocktails, great knowledge of food and having a good wine knowledge is a big plus. The ability to communicate and work with the team and handle stressful situations is crucial. We are seeking people that are passionate about this industry and that want to learn more about cocktails, food, wine and service. If you have these qualities, please forward your resume for consideration. You will be tending to guests at the bar, crafting drinks as they are ordered from other guests in the restaurant to be delivered by other FOH staff. Processing transactions accurately for guests closing out their checks, both cash and credit card. Cleaning, maintaining, and closing the bar at the end of the night. Organizing the bar for optimal service and ensuring the quality of ingredients being used during operation hours.
