Jun 11, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 5 years Job Details Looking to fill a lead bartender position with someone experienced and professional in the industry, who is hospitality focused on working with the team and guests to provide incredible guest experiences. This role is for a strong bar professional who can fully own multiple solo shift-lead shifts, lead culture, and demand accountability in real time, while also working bartending shifts during peak hours. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a real leadership structure, grow into more direct responsibility over time, and help maintain a high level of hospitality whether upper management is in the building or not. This is not a standard lead bartender role, and it is not a full bar manager role from day one. It is a clearly defined hybrid position with real responsibility, set boundaries, and long-term growth potential for the right candidate. We are an established Bar/Lounge in Downtown Los Angeles, and looking for candidates who possess the following attributes: Experience in the industry, and knowledgeable about the hospitality business; Motivated team player, with ability to work well with others; Lead a team through example, guidance, and skill; Great interpersonal skills, with upbeat personality and positive attitude; Ability to communicate with guests, with focus on guest experience; Ability to learn and become knowledge about our menu and product offerings; Help reinforce and build culture, accountability, and hospitality standards; Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to self-study regarding products; Punctual for shifts; Ability to multi-task; Ability to work long periods on your feet; Ability to work opening shifts and closing shifts; Ability to handle busy work environment; Ability to work alone, as well as with others; Solid knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails; Willing to learn about new products and menu items; Ability to pass drug test and background screening; and Must be over 21 years of age. New York, San Francisco, or Chicago experience a plus. Hotel experience a plus. Looking for serious food and beverage professionals interested in long-term positions, not for individuals looking for a "bar gig".
