About Us We are a Mediterranean inspired restaurant with a strong wine and cocktail program, built around simplicity, warmth, and intentional hospitality. Our menu features curated wines, thoughtful cocktails, pizza, charcuterie, and seasonal small plates in a space designed for conversation and connection. The Role We are looking for a craft cocktail bartender with strong technical skills and a genuine interest in assisting to developing our beverage program. Beyond executing service, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our cocktail program, from recipe development and seasonal offerings to prep and execution working closely under the guidance of the AGM and GM. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and takes pride in both hospitality and technique. You should be comfortable working independently in a busy restaurant, maintaining a polished station, and supporting the dining room when needed. Responsibilities Execute classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency Develop and refine cocktails alongside the Bar Manager, AGM and GM Execute cocktails and maintain accurate prep levels Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar Provide knowledgeable, attentive hospitality to guests Maintain strong wine knowledge and beverage awareness Support the dining room and broader service team when needed Follow opening, closing, and inventory procedures Requirements 3+ years of bartending experience in a quality restaurant or cocktail-focused environment Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, technique, and fundamentals Genuine interest in craft cocktail development Strong wine knowledge Excellent attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Available after 3 PM, including evenings and weekends Why Work With Us Opportunity to help shape and develop the cocktail program Dining discounts Supportive, respectful team culture
