POSITION OVERVIEW
Part- time hours available (Thursday
- Sunday) Pay rate: $18.90
- $20/hr

- 8:00 PM (Sorensen's Cafe) ; 11am
- 7pm (Hope Valley B&G) Current openings: Full Time / 4 days a week Weekend and holiday availability is required
Pay:
$18.90- $20/hr + tips
- wage based on experience & skillset Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide attentive, friendly service to guests Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly Prepare and serve wine, draft beer, and classic cocktails Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and bar areas Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines Perform other standard bartender duties as assigned Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older 3+ years serving and/or bartending experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Comfortable with bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing during work activities Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Must pass a background check Compensation & Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Health and Dental Insurance (Full-time only) Employees also enjoy: Competitive pay Employee discounts on restaurant meals Flexible scheduling with day and evening shifts Opportunities for growth, cross training and advancement A great work environment under supportive new management The opportunity to work in a breathtaking mountain setting If you are interested in joining a positive, energetic team that works in a beautiful mountain setting, please apply!
