Hourly Pay Range:

$18.50 per hour, plus tips We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests while expertly preparing and serving beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and enhancing their overall experience. Manage Squirrel POS system to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, while handling any issues professionally. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless coordination. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and retail math for inventory management. Experience in food service or hospitality industries; retail math knowledge is a plus.
