Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Skills Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly Proven customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest satisfaction Background in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Ability to develop creative beverage recipes and adapt to guest preferences quickly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles that demonstrate leadership potential Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your passion for beverages and exceptional service will shine!
