Position:
Store Manager Location:
Monrovia, CA Açaí Bar Café is looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and keep our high-energy, health-focused café running smoothly. We're passionate about fresh, flavorful açaí bowls, smoothies, and a vibrant customer experience — and we need a leader who can match that energy!
What You'll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service. Create efficient schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering. Establish a productive, positive work environment. Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand standards.
What We're Looking For:
Proven management experience in the food/beverage industry. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Passion for health-conscious food and excellent customer service.
