Whether guiding guests through our menu, managing multiple tables with efficiency, or upselling our signature dishes and drinks, you'll be instrumental in elevating the overall dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as CLOVER POS, ensuring correct entry and timely delivery Recommend menu items, suggest wine pairings, and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in line with health regulations through proper food handling and cleanliness practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods Basic math skills for billing accuracy and managing tabs effectively Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
