Set inside a beautifully restored Victorian home, Viola's brings together the warmth of Southern hospitality with the charm of a French bistro in one of the San Gabriel Valley's most beloved neighborhoods. With small plates, brunch and dinner service, beer, wine, and cocktails, we're creating a space full of character, energy, and heart. We are currently building our opening team and looking for people who are serious about hospitality and genuinely enjoy taking care of others.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing cocktails, beer, and wine for both the restaurant and pool service Crafting drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation Preparing garnishes and maintaining a fully stocked, organized bar Opening the bar for brunch and transitioning smoothly into dinner service Greeting guests and providing warm, attentive service throughout their visit Up-selling cocktails, wine, and specials to enhance the guest experience Monitoring guest consumption responsibly and adhering to all alcohol service regulations Handling cleaning duties and restocking throughout each shift Collaborating with the floor and kitchen team to ensure a seamless experience
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience required RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) and Valid Food Handler's Card required upon hire Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine Some coffee experience a plus but not required Familiarity with POS systems Ability to multitask and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment Eager to help, team-oriented, and willing to go wherever needed Sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality
