The cocktail program at the Emerald Hour is a completely made in-house production where you will learn to make bitters, tinctures, cordials and infusions. In this role, the ideal candidate will be part of a hospitality team committed to creating a thoughtful, fun, and engaging guest experience. At The Emerald Hour, we emphasize a warm and professional demeanor while committing to team development through informative and engaging product and technical training. Requirements vary by position but most include: A minimum of one year of service at a reputable organization A warm and professional demeanor Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and cooking techniques The position has growth potential and the ability to explore a number of career opportunities within our burgeoning restaurant group. The Emerald Hour is managed by Shashi Group, a hotel, restaurant ownership, development, and management company.
