Bartender

Overview Arcade Monsters Murrieta location is hiring for Bartenders and Bar Leadership roles. Arcade Monsters is one of the largest Arcade, Bars, and Themed Restaurants in the country, with 6 locations we are rapidly expanding and always evolving. Our front of house staff is crucial to the immersive guest experience and our team is growing! We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join us. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage POS, including processing payments accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets as required.
• Stay updated on drink trends and new products to enhance the beverage menu.
• Adhere to the Arcade Monsters dress code of full neon or cosplay Qualifications
• Previous bartending experience preferred; familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices within the food service industry.
