As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food offerings, to provide recommendations to guests. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items served at the bar. Uphold high standards of service during busy periods while managing time effectively. Skills Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in serving drinks and understanding mixology principles is preferred.
