Bartender/Server

```

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and glassware
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or POS system
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software
• Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus

Skills:

• Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and take orders effectively
• Knowledge of different drink recipes and ability to create custom cocktails upon request
