We host everything from live music dinners and immersive dining nights to rooftop day parties and late-night events, Wednesday through Sunday. The Vibe This is a fun place to work — great music, great crowds, a team that actually likes each other. But we also take the craft seriously. Who We're Looking For This is not an entry-level role. We train you on our process, our menu, and our systems — but you need to walk in the door with the fundamentals already locked. If you know your classic cocktails cold and you bring a great attitude, you'll thrive here. Attitude matters more to us than your résumé. We can teach our specs; we would like hospitality, hustle, and a positive presence behind the bar to be something youre passionate about. What You'll Do Craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and run a clean, organized, well-stocked bar Deliver fast, warm, professional service through busy events and high-volume nights Know our menu inside and out (after training) and execute drinks to spec, every time Keep your station clean, stocked, and up to health and safety standards Work as a team across events ranging from intimate dinners to packed late-night parties Requirements Solid bartending experience — this is not a beginner position Classic and basic cocktails memorized and ready on day one (we train our process, not the basics) Toast POS experience Valid California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification — required Valid Food Handler's card — required Great attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset Available evenings, late nights, and weekends (Wed-Sun) Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Why Work Here A cool, energetic room with a loyal crowd and a killer event lineup A team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously Room to grow as we build out our bar program
