Bartender and Server

NOTE :

This role requires that the successful candidate perform all FOH positions during a shift, including hosting, serving, bartending, and barbacking. Viridian is a craft cocktail bar and restaurant located in Uptown Oakland offering contemporary Asian-American dishes and desserts. Our award-winning establishment has received recognition from Forbes, Esquire, SF Chronicle, and more. We are looking for a part-time bartender/server to join our passionate and hospitality-driven team.

Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience Excellent communication skills Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor Passionate about food and cocktails

RESPONSIBILITIES

Run drinks to guests Ensure wells have items and materials needed to operate efficiently Wash and polish glassware Greet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smile Establish/anticipate needs Bus dishes and glassware Wipe tables and keep areas clean Perform rotational duty as server, bartender, host, and barback Keep guests water glasses filled Make cocktails for guests and tickets Help close down bar Removal of trash
