We are a new restaurant/bar opening in the Temescal area of Oakland. After many years of pop-ups as Egg Pals we will now be opening a full service restaurant. There will be two services each day, Breakfast (8am-2pm) and Dinner/Bar (5pm-11pm). We are in search of an experienced bartender to join our opening crew. The bar will have a full cocktail menu, as well as beer & wine. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, & n/a Engage with guests & fellow staff in a friendly & approachable manner Manage Toast POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Be a flexible & helpful team member willing to do what is needed to maintain the flow of service Qualifications Previous cocktail bartending experience & cocktail knowledge highly encouraged. Will need to complete necessary food & beverage saftey training before beginning shifts We are looking forward to the next part of our journey & are excited to put together a solid team to bring this vision to life.
