Server/Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Server/bartender to join our team! Our positions play a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience. Servers are $17.34+tip (comes up to $25-$30/hr total) Server duties and responsibilities: Provide excellent customer services Greet customers and present menus Make suggestions based on their preferences Requirements and qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Server is required Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers 1 year of experience with cash register and any ordering information system. Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Active listening Customer-centric High school diploma or higher; food safety training will be considered a plus Take and serve food/drinks/dessert orders Up-sell when appropriate Arrange table settings Keep tables and restaurant environment clean and tidy at all times Deliver checks and collect payments Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Bilingual is a plus! Familiarity with middle eastern/Persian food is a plus Benefits and Pay Discount on foods and drinks + flexible schedule.

Note:

This position is Minimum wage ($17.34+tips). Potential earning with tips and could range to $2000-$2500 every two weeks •You are not required to be vaccinated for this position.
