In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of to deliver memorable experiences. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with strong leadership skills, will drive the success of our hospitality environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend operational excellence with a passion for creating lively, welcoming atmospheres in both dining and nightlife settings. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards Lead, motivate, and train bartenders and serving staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance levels Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed Oversee Toast POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staffing schedules during peak hours. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol licensing laws Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment for diverse clientele Skills Strong background in food service, restaurant experience, or hospitality management Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities through excellent time management skills Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices in a fast-paced setting Experience working in casual dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments with catering responsibilities Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and retail math for cash handling accuracy Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude Join us as a Bartender Manager to energize our team, elevate guest experiences, and thrive in a vibrant hospitality environment!
