Summary Join The Shore Room to be part of North County's first oceanfront bar. It's refined coastal lounge atmosp has breathtaking views of San Diego's North Shore. The ideal spot w guests can enjoy crafted cocktails and a bite as the sun sets over the Pacific. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. The Bartender will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a weing and clean environment for guests. This person will follow California ABC guidelines when serving guests alcohol. This person must reflect the Forbes standards and Hyatt Values. Previous Bartending experience is required. - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbalmunication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
- 3+ year experience as Bartender.
- Knowledge ofmonly ordered cocktails and craft cocktails.
- Must be available weekends, nights and holidays.
