Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Maintain strict adherence to sanitation procedures and food safety management practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing, payments, and receipts. Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, checking IDs as needed to comply with legal drinking age requirements. Keep the bar area organized, stocked, and sanitized throughout your shift, following all food safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours while upholding high standards of customer service. Qualifications Proven experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred; strong customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety management, and alcohol serving regulations is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills with a focus on creating welcoming interactions with guests.
