We're a well-established local BBQ spot known for our warm, rustic, casual atmosphere. We're looking for an experienced, personable Lead Beertender with serving experience and a passion for craft beer and the local community. What we're looking for Previous beertending and serving experience. Knowledge of craft beer styles and interest in the Orange County brewery community. Experience taking inventory; willingness to learn and grow into a position that will take on beer ordering. A personable, community-minded approach and a genuine interest in guest service. The ability to lead, teach, communicate clearly, and keep a team organized during service. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. What you'll do Lead by example and delegate bar tasks. Guide and support beertenders and servers, helping the team deliver friendly, attentive service. Serve guests at the bar and in an assigned section, and process takeout orders. Recommend beers and explain beer styles, with a strong knowledge of local Orange County breweries. Tap beers and restock bar supplies. Maintain the bar's organization, cleanliness, and readiness for service. Take inventory as you grow into the role, you will also help with beer ordering and assist with events for our exclusive beer society and participate in local brewery events. Help train the team and build their confidence and knowledge of craft beer.

Pay:

$18.90 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
